McDonald's photo shoot

Being both a graphic artist and a proud former McDonald's employee (I say that with utmost sincerity) I just had to share this very cool, very frank peek behind the scenes of a McDonald's photo shoot. The video is in answer to a customer question, "Why does your food look different in the advertising than what is in the store?" 3. I know lots of people whose first job was at the Golden Arches who likewise call themselves "proud former employees." From what I understand, McDonalds is a great company to work for.

My birthday is coming up in about a month, I'm glad there aren't any big life changing cases pending in the Supreme Court.

My Mama's b-day is November 2nd. Let's all wish her a VERY happy belated birthday. PLEASE.OH.PLEASE.DEAR.GOD.ABOVE.

  4. That's good that you don't have to watch the news with baited breath on your birthday, Tam. But with all the garbage out of this administration, there's bound to be something onerous happen on your birthday. Not trying to drag you down, just trying to prep you. :-)

Having done McD's and a number of other food and low-skilled jobs, yes, McD's is one of the best. Only the people who have never worked there complain about a McJob. An actual McJob is a great gig with lots of opportunity. Even thought I appreciated it somewhat at the time, I sometimes with I had understood better and stayed with the company. If what I'm doing now doesn't pan out, they are high on my list of options.

Chime in, disagree, ask questions, or go off on a tangent. I try to get back to everyone, but be patient. The occasional expletive is understood, but try to keep the conversation polite. I prefer not to moderate comments, so don't give me any reason to.
